The quintet will play West Coast jazz from the 50s, with a particular focus on Stan Getz and Zoot Sims. There will be classics from that time period as well as some of Ben’s original compositions.

Ben has studied saxophone and jazz in the US, Denmark and Germany with David Baker, Gebhard Ullmann, Mack Goldsbury, Wolfgang Kogler, Mike Lee, Uli Lenz, Mike Zilber and Steve Coleman. He has played with wonderful musicians like Michael Eaton, Benedikt Jahnel, Sebastian Schuster, Simon Eskildsen, Rob Schneiderman, Peter Vuust, Joel Locher, Christoph Neuhaus, Gee Hye Lee, Bernd Huber, Chris Barchet.
