Erik Mongrain plays Falmouth

The Princess Pavilion is used to welcoming plenty of international “Stars” but it’s not often that an “International Internet Phenomenon” graces the stage; Erik Mongrain is a perfect example of this new phenomenon.

Discovered playing guitar on a sidewalk, Erik Mongrain has become an international star with his amazing guitar tapping technique where he places the guitar on his lap and taps the chords as if it were a piano. His internet videos have now been seen by more than 3 million people around the world with special blogs, forums, web pages, and videos all talking about his incredible guitar playing.
